"Greetings to Thee o Welcome Guest". This phrase from the classical period represents the warmth and hospitality which are the foundations of the greek culture. The olive tree, the gift of the goddess Athena to the Athenians, provides Greeks with the means to extend their hospitality.

Olives and olive oil are the staples of the Greek diet and the tree's shade and longevity offer comfort for the body and spirit. The olive branch became symbolic for peace and a reward for high accomplishment, worn as a head wreath by the winners of the Olympic games. The olive tree encompasses, in a symbolic sense, the highest ideals of a noble culture and an aspiration for our endeavour.

Our "Olive Tree" was planted in 1999 with the idea of providing, a greek culinary experience. Our menu has been characterize as "nouvelle cuisine grecque", an authentic representation of the best that is Greek, for the enlightened taste. Pure olive oil and fresh ingredients, combined on premises provide an experience good for the heart and palate.
